F\u00f6r de finl\u00e4ndska elevernas del visade <span class=\"caps\">PISA<\/span> 2003 att varannan 15-\u00e5ring inte tycktes ha n\u00e5got intresse \u00f6verhuvudtaget f\u00f6r skolmatematik. Enligt PISA2012 \u00e4r situationen fortfarande likartad; en l\u00e5ngt st\u00f6rre andel finl\u00e4ndska elever rapporterar om ett negativt f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt \u00e4n genomsnittet i <span class=\"caps\">OECD<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 det g\u00e4ller att f\u00f6rhindra framv\u00e4xande negativitet finns det starka indicier p\u00e5 att en l\u00e4randesyn d\u00e4r skolmatematik betraktas som ett landskap att unders\u00f6ka \u00e4r ett kraftfullare redskap \u00e4n den traditionella synen p\u00e5 skolmatematik som procedurer f\u00f6r stegvist l\u00e4rande (Petterson, 2010; R\u00f6j-Lindberg, 2010). Med <span class=\"caps\">DIMMA<\/span>-projektet vill vi erbjuda m\u00f6jlighet \u00e5t matematikl\u00e4rare att i samarbete med matematikdidaktiker utveckla kreativa, unders\u00f6kande och aktiverande arbetss\u00e4tt i matematikundervisningen.<\/p>\n<p>Initiativet riktar sig i ett pilotskede till svenskspr\u00e5kiga matematikl\u00e4rare i \u00e5k 7-9 i tv\u00e5 till tre kommuner.
